Knee Pain

Knee pain can come from the joint itself, or from the way your hips and feet are moving above and below it, which is why we always look at the whole picture rather than just where it hurts.

Treating Knee Pain

On a regular, we see knee pain linked to physical, on-your-feet work, contractors and manual labourers dealing with the strain of kneeling, climbing running and carrying, as well as delivery drivers doing repeated stairs and pavements throughout the day. Overuse from sport and general wear and tear are common too.

Most Common knee pain we see at B-One Chiropractic include pain below or around the knee (Runners and Jumpers Knee) to pain on the side or the back of the knee. Our goal here is to identify what caused this pain in the first place, get to the root cause and then educate to prevent this pain from reoccurring in the future.

When treating the knee, we must also identify any problems regarding the hips and feet to identify where the pain had stemmed from.

Through what we had found, we will use a combination of hands-on treatment alongside a tailored strengthening plan.
