This is common among contractors, tradespeople and hospitality staff doing repetitive lifting, carrying or overhead work, as well as office workers whose posture places ongoing strain on the shoulder.

During our initial Consultation, we perform a physical examination where we assess your shoulder your neck as well as the upper back, since problems here are often connected.

Some common reasons for shoulder pain includes: repetitive lifting or reaching at work, poor posture, sport-related injuries/strains, and issues like frozen shoulder or bursitis.
