Not Just a Chiropractor

Your first visit is 60 minutes, so we've got time to properly get into your history, check things over, and get your first treatment in too. That means we really understand what's going on before diving in. After that, sessions are 30 minutes, giving your condition the ongoing attention it needs, and together we'll figure out the best path to get you where you want to be.

We don't just stick to standard chiropractic care either. We mix things up with deep tissue massage, dry needling/electroacupuncture and adjustments, whatever gets to the real root of the problem. On top of that, we'll give you exercise tips and pointers to help you build habits that actually stick, so you're feeling good day to day, not just in the clinic.

We treat everyone like a friend, so your problems and goals? They're ours too.

Whatever's going on, you'll get a proper, thoughtful approach built around you. Still not sure if we're the right fit? Just get in touch for a quick chat, no stress, just a chance to ask questions and see what we're about.

At B-One Chiropractic, we make sure your problems are heard. We want to provide clear explanations and a care plan that you can actually follow.

Whether you are training for something big, stuck in an office all day or simply just frustrated about an ache that won’t go away, then you are at the right place.

Together we will find solutions to ease your pain, get you moving freely and build strength so the changes last. Our aim is to help you feel better now and stay that way!

Conditions we treat at B-one Chiropractic:

Helping people of all ages and activity levels moving better and living life pain free.

Who's Ambrose?

Hi! My name is Ambrose Sung, a qualified Chiropractor who trained at London South Bank University, worked in several places around the UK and now founder of B-One Chiropractic.

Acute Pain, Chronic Pain

I was born and raised in Hong Kong before moving to the UK at the age of 14, where I completed my GCSEs and A-Levels, and went on to earn a Master's degree in Chiropractic from London South Bank University.

From a young age, I've always been actively involved in sport. My background includes everything from ball sports, running, swimming and cycling to Muay Thai and cheerleading. More recently, I've taken up badminton and bouldering, and rediscovered my love of running along the way. That active lifestyle came with its fair share of injuries, which is what led my mother to introduce me to chiropractic care at a young age. The impact it had on me was significant, and it became a defining influence in my decision to pursue chiropractic as a career.

I'm a UK-registered chiropractor, regulated by the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and a member of the United Chiropractic Association (UCA).

Since qualifying, I've worked in clinical practices across Inverness and Manchester, treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions and patient needs. Those roles shaped the evidence-based, patient-centred approach I bring to every session today. I later founded B-One Chiropractic with the aim of contributing meaningfully to the Liverpool community, making high-quality chiropractic care accessible, welcoming and results-driven.

At B-One, my philosophy goes beyond short-term pain relief. I believe chiropractic care should be pragmatic, focused on identifying root causes, restoring function, and supporting long-term health. I'm passionate about delivering premium care whilst working closely with patients, educating and reminding them on how to take responsibility for their health, both inside and outside the clinic. My goal isn't just effective treatment. It's also teaching patients how to support themselves in their day to day lives so that they stay moving and living life pain free.
